This policy explains what Steercast collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Steercast is a mobile app that turns your sales plan into a short daily brief.
What we collect
Your account email (through Google sign-in); the plan, contacts, notes, and activity you enter; and how you use the app. Only if you choose to connect them, we read recent Gmail messages and Calendar events to surface context on the people you're working. We don't collect more than the brief needs to run.
How we use it
To generate your daily brief and run the features you trigger, drafting messages, matching replies to contacts, prepping your calls. We process your data to provide the service. We do not sell it, and we don't use it to train third-party models beyond what's needed to return your own result.
Who processes it with us
Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication), Anthropic (the AI that turns your prompts into briefs and drafts), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Each handles only the data needed to do its part, under its own terms.
Your Google data
Steercast's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail and Calendar access only to surface context on your contacts and to send messages you explicitly approve. Access tokens are stored securely server-side and are never shared or sold. You can disconnect anytime in Settings, or revoke access in your Google Account.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your data persists while your account is active. You can export everything, or permanently delete your account and all associated data, from Settings, Account & data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to the systems that run the service.
Children
Steercast isn't directed to anyone under 18 and isn't intended for their use.
