These terms govern your use of Steercast. By using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Steercast turns your plan into a daily set of suggested sales actions and ready-to-send drafts. Suggestions are generated by AI and provided as-is. You decide what to send and what to do, and you're responsible for your own outreach and messages.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure, you're responsible for activity that happens under it. Don't share access or use someone else's account without permission.

Subscriptions & billing

Access is by paid subscription after any free trial. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew until you cancel. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices and trial terms are shown at the point of purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't use Steercast to send spam or unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages, or to violate the terms of Google, Apple, or any platform you connect. You're responsible for following the messaging, privacy, and recording laws that apply where you operate.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above; continued use means you accept the update.
